Playlisting App provides software tools for practitioners to organize playlists, sound journeys, client workflows, reviews and feedback. It is not a medical provider, music streaming platform, music distribution service or copyright licensing authority.
Practitioners are responsible for the data, playlists, uploaded material, client relationships and legal rights connected to their workspace. Users must not upload illegal content, misuse private information, bypass security, impersonate others or repeatedly publish infringing content.
The platform may display references, metadata, previews, embeds or external links from third-party music and sound services. Playlisting App does not verify copyright ownership, commercial rights, public performance permissions or licensing status.
Subscriptions, trials and beta access may be limited by plan, payment status and platform availability. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, payment failure, legal risk, repeated infringement or security concerns.
