The platform may process account information, contact details, profile data, playlists, session participation, feedback, assignments, ratings, internal notes, messages, technical logs, authentication sessions and general usage activity.
Some practitioners may voluntarily introduce wellness-related or sensitive information. This information is processed in the operational context of the practitioner-client relationship and is protected with role-based access controls, tenant separation and encrypted sensitive storage where implemented.
In most practitioner-managed workspaces, the practitioner acts as controller for their client relationship and Playlisting App acts as service provider or processor according to platform use.
Playlisting App does not sell personal data. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by contacting play@playlisting.app or remove@playlisting.app.
Anonymous and aggregated playlist analytics may be used for product improvement and public insights, designed to avoid identifying individuals and not to provide medical evidence, diagnosis or therapeutic guarantees.
